Deliverables:
• Serve as the Ministry’s primary ARIS II contact with the NACS Project Team, and other stakeholders as identified by Branch Senior Management.
• Identify, document and obtain signoff on NACS technical and business requirements around implementing approved VisiCAD, CAD Interfaces, Add-on’s and other NACS “innovations”. Negotiate compromises where necessary.
• In conjunction with the ARIS II Project Manager, formulate recommendations for Branch Senior Managements’ consideration, around key NACS project decisions and deliverables
