Deliverables -
Assist the Project Manager and Project Leader to understand business needs
and develop high level project concepts and scope Assist the Project Manager
and Project Leader to facilitate workshops with the business and systems teams

Develop various logical and physical models (prototype) as required to

Deliverables:
Serve as the Ministrys primary ARIS II contact with the NACS Project Team,
and other stakeholders as identified by Branch Senior Management.
Identify, document and obtain signoff on NACS technical and business
requirements around implementing approved VisiCAD,
CAD Interfaces, Add-ons and other NACS innovations. Negotiate compromises
where necessary.
In conjunction with the ARIS II Project Manager, formulate recommendations
for Branch Senior Managements consideration, around key NACS project decisions
and deliverables
Ensuring that project related procurements are conducted fairly, equitably
and with technical and fiscal diligence in accordance with government
directives, guidelines and strategies
Develop, negotiate sign off and maintain related project plans, and provide
